We are sure you have questions about hiring a vehicle with Perth City Car Rental, so we have included a list of some of the more common questions we get asked.

We are open from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed on Public Holidays, unless by special arrangement (charges apply).

Yes, we offer a range of economy, midsize, large and SUV, hybrid and electrical vehicles for hire. Choose one to best suit your needs.

All children must be safely fastened in the correct child car seat for their age and size. A child who is properly secured in an approved child car seat is less likely to be injured or killed in a car crash than one who is not. Click here for more information.

Comprehensive Insurance is included in the vehicle hire costs. If you have an accident whilst driving one of our hire vehicles, you will be charged an excess of $5,000. Insurance waivers are available if you prefer and charged as a daily rate.

Yes, we include roadside assistance with all our rental vehicles.

To rent one of our cars, you’ll be asked to provide proof of identify (such as a valid Driver’s Licence or Passport) and your valid Australian Driver’s Licence and Credit Card. We cannot accept a Debit Card or expired proof of identity documents.

No, we have one pick up and drop off location only– 458 Albany Highway, Victoria Park, Perth, WA 6100.

You are welcome to bring your own child / baby seat, otherwise you may hire one from us. Child / baby seats are available at an additional cost of $5.00 per day.
